In the Vagan restaurant, traditional Montenegrin dishes are prepared over "live" fire, using the slow cooking process. The personal stamp of the restaurant is the young lamb, and the rarity in the culinary offer is mangulica from organic farming. The fruits and vegetables used in the preparation of the dishes are specially grown on local ecological farms in Piperi, for the needs of the Vagan restaurant.
